THE PROFESSIONAL MUSICAL THEATRE DIPLOMA

With an emphasis on industry relevant training, our ‘Diploma in Professional Musical Theatre’ will equip you with the tools you need for a long and fruitful career within the arts.

This new and innovative course delivers world class professional training that is tailored to you as an individual. Enabling you to access, recognise and develop your unique talent and skills set.

Our course is separated termly into carefully designed performance based modules following the chronological order of Musical Theatre history.

During these Modules you will have the opportunity to work with our LEGENDS and ICONS plus an industry focused professional creative team. Each term you will work towards a public performance and this will be the basis for assessment.

In addition to the performance focused Modules we have created 2 bespoke Modules that run throughout the academic year covering other aspects of the Industry: PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT and CREATIVE INDUSTRIES are designed to help you uncover your unique selling points whilst gaining an understanding and respect for all areas of self management. This helps you build the resilience and tools needed to navigate your career as a freelancer,

With acting at the core of all Modules you will graduate from RHCAST as a truly well rounded and industry prepared performer understanding and fulfilling your potential within a broad range of opportunities.
